parodur Gel can be used daily for prophylaxis. If the personal risk of inflammation is not very high, the frequency can be gradually reduced, e.g. to 1 application per week,_best done in coordination with the regular recalls and their results. The duration of use can also be extended over a longer period of time as part of periodontitis prophylaxis, if there are no health problems.
As peri-implant diseases are similar to periodontal diseases, parodur Gel can also be used theoretically for peri-implantitis prophylaxis. However, it is better for the patient’s understanding and cooperation to recommend durimplant Gel for this purpose.
CHX is contained as a preservative; according to KosmetikV (Cosmetics Regulation), a maximum of 0.3 wt.% is calculated as pure CHX.

parodur Gel also contains a balanced combination of several ingredients.
Good adhesion; balanced combination of herbal ingredients; available in 2 flavors.
