Employee in Finance and Human Resources (m/f/d)
- Processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset and general ledger accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Reporting and certification
- Optimization of internal processes and reporting to the management
- Further development of accounting processes
- Statistics
- Carrying out payroll accounting
- Contact for employees in matters relating to payroll tax and social security law
- Support in the preparation of contracts, certificates and other personnel administration tasks
- Coordination of the registration and certification process and communication with social insurance institutions and authorities
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting and human resources
- Many years of experience in financial accounting, ideally with additional expertise in human resources
- Sound knowledge of tax and social security law
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with DATEV
